License agreement

You may only install or use the Software if you agree to this Agreement.
You agree to this Agreement by installing or using the Software.

◎ Copyright
Intellectual property rights for the Software are owned by the licensor of the Software.
In addition, the intellectual property rights for the libraries, images, music, and all other components of the Software shall belong to the respective licensors.
The Software is Licensed to use and not sold (transferred).

◎ Prohibition of Single Use of Components
Use of any component of the Software by itself is not authorized.
Use of use of any component of the Software is licensed by each Licensor.

◎ Disclaimer of Warranty
This product is distributed "AS IS".
No warranties of any kind is expressed or implied.
Although the Software has been carefully produced, the User acknowledges in advance that there may be defects.
You acknowledge in advance that the use of the Software may result in any loss or damage.
You shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by any of the above and any other causes, and Licensor shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect.
The above also includes damage due to Computer virus infection.

◎ Internet connection
The User acknowledges in This application will Internet connection for checking update.
Expenses related to Internet access are the burden on the user.
You can prevent Internet access by setting.

◎ Changes to the license agreement
The licensor of the Software has the right to change, modify, add or delete at any time the terms contained in this License Agreement.

◎ Conflict resolution
This Agreement shall be in Japanese.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be settled by an agreed court which shall have jurisdiction over the address of Licensor.

使用許諾契約書

お客様は、本契約に同意された場合のみ、本ソフトウェアをインストールまたは使用することができます。
また、本ソフトウェアをインストールまたは使用することにより、本契約に同意したものとみなされます。

◎ライセンスの許諾
本ソフトウェアの知的財産権は、本ソフトウェアのライセンサーが所有しています。
また、本ソフトウェアを構成するライブラリ、画像、音楽、その他すべての構成要素の知的財産権は、それぞれのライセンサーに帰属します。
本ソフトウェアは販売（譲渡）されたものではなく、使用を許諾されたものです。

◎コンポーネントの単独使用の禁止
本ソフトウェアの構成要素を単独で使用することは許諾されていません。
本ソフトウェアの構成要素を単独で使用する場合は、各ライセンサーの許諾が必要です。

◎免責
本ソフトウェアは、慎重に制作されていますが、不具合が存在する可能性を使用者は、事前に了解するものとします。
また、本ソフトウェアの使用より、損害が発生する可能性を使用者は、事前に了解するものとします。
上記、およびそれ以外の全ての原因で、発生した損害については、お客様が全責任を負うものとし、ライセンサーは、直接的、間接的を問わず、一切の損害賠償の責、およびそれらの責任を負いません。
上記には、コンピューターウィルスの感染による損害も含まれます。

◎通信
本ソフトウェアは、アップデートを確認するために、インターネットアクセスを行うことを使用者は、事前に了解するものとします。
インターネットアクセスに伴う費用は、使用者の負担とします。
設定により、インターネットアクセスしない様にする事が出来ます。

◎使用許諾契約の変更
本ソフトウェアのライセンサーは、本使用許諾契約書に含まれる条項をいつでも変更、修正、追加、又は削除できる権利を有します。

◎紛争の解決
本契約は、日本語契約書を原本とします。
本契約により生じる紛争は、ライセンサーの住所地を管轄する裁判所を合意裁判所とします。
